This is a key role in the servicing of brokers allocated to the CGU BrokerPoint, working as a team with your colleagues and the BrokerPoint manager to deliver exceptional broker experience. Your role will include connecting brokers to underwriters, claims and operations and owning the outcomes of these interactions. You'll develop relationships with brokers, mainly through virtual mediums that will ultimately support the growth and strongly contribute towards positive Broker Net Promoter Scores. This role will be a pivotal point of service, to leverage and align current relationships, create better synergies, and help to create greater consistency for our brokers and unity in how we approach the market.
This is a permanent role, we welcome applicants from Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
ABOUT YOU
- A few years of experience in General Insurance
- Strong and proven record of relationship management and exceptional customer service
- Understanding of insurance financials
- Delivery of exceptional customer outcomes through phone, WebEx
- Evidence of proactive delivery of successful business outcomes
- Ability to think on your feet when dealing with ambiguity and complexity
- Positive and inclusive team member who actively supports the team towards achieving our strategic objectives
