Exciting career opportunity available as a Cleaning Manager in the Transport Industry :Lead and manage a team and ensure quality performance and service delivery.
Manage a portfolio of allocated properties and provide reporting on portfolio performance, and any opportunities
Provide new business leads.
Organise regular client meetings to maintain strong client relationships.
Liaise directly with the clients concerning extra work, complaints and requests to ensure high quality level of service
Ensure cost controls are in place and rosters and expenditures are managed.
About You: You: Previous cleaning management experience is essential.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Drivers License Essential
Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive change and engage others
The ability to liaise and build strong working relationships withy clients.
Ability to effectively handle complaints including detailed investigations and report generation.
Ability to prioritise workload, work under strict deadlines and adapt to changing timelines.
Previous experience in customer service roles
A high attention to detail, self-motivated and customer focused.
