The Role
William Buck is looking for a qualified and experienced Analyst or Senior Analyst specialising in M&A to join our dynamic Corporate Finance division.

Your Responsibilities
- Assisting in the execution of deals.
- Building financial models and undertaking analysis in Microsoft Excel.
- Drafting documents such as Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side engagements.
- Analysing company performance.
- Research, data analysis and benchmarking of industries and markets.
- Management of client file administration and databases.
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing material.
About You
- Relevant tertiary degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- 2-5 years’ experience in a professional services environment specialising in Corporate Finance
- A strong client service focus with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical thinking ability with problem-solving skills
- Quick thinking and flexible in the way of working
- Self-driven with the ability to work unstructured
