Job Description
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, and building strong working relationships.
Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
Act as a liaison between the CDMO and clients, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure smooth project execution.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify potential business opportunities and new clients.
