Your role is about:
- Managing day-to-day operations of your showroom including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training, and other duties as required.
- Maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' home furnishing needs.
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales.
