Job Description
We are recruiting to fill a range of expected vacancies for general leadership, program and project roles across Services Australia (the agency) at the APS5 and APS6 level, as they become available over the next 18months.
We are seeking talented individuals who possess a diverse skill set and have the drive to lead and inspire people and/or work outcomes. Whether its guiding teams, driving performance or fostering collaboration, your leadership skills will be essential in shaping success.
Staff in some general leadership, program or project roles will manage teams to support the delivery of the agency’s programs and services. Other roles may not involve leading a team but have accountability for driving program, project or business outcomes.
Staff in these roles engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, to enable the delivery of either services, programs or projects. They are able to contribute to strategic and/or operational planning, changes in workplace practices and business improvement initiatives, and deliver outcomes in accordance with business plans and priorities.
