We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team as a National Business Manager, for Woolworths. Reporting to the Sales Director for Woolworths & Endeavour Group, this role will lead the Woolworths cross-functional team and influence the wider business to develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with customer and consumer-centric selling, to deliver growth for both PepsiCo and Woolworths.

Responsibilities

About the Role:
  • Evolve and implement the 3-year Joint Category Plan with Woolworths supermarkets and execute the PepsiCo Annual Operating Plan to achieve improved net revenue, share, TAG results, and trade investments
  • Work with all Woolworths cross functional teams (demand planning, category, shopper marketing, commercial finance, supply chain, etc) to build customer centric capability and develop strong customer and internal engagement plans
  • Full ownership of Woolworths Salty Snacks P&L, including investment strategy
  • Ensure 100% adherence to all PepsiCo Global Compliance Standards

Qualifications

About you:
  • 8+ years’ experience in a NAM or NBM role within the consumer goods industry
  • Demonstrated ability to create and track Joint Category Plans/Join Business Plans, leading to positive outcomes for all parties
  • Experience in leading teams, with strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, and people management skills
  • Degree qualified in business, marketing or related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales/category growth strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen is essential
